Breaking changes

• stamp now requires Quarto 1.11 or later.

Features

• Embed Quarto render information in your documents with the {quarto-stamp} extension.
• Place the stamp by specifying placement with either: "bottom" (default), "top", or a "custom" location within the document.
• Customize the information shown by specifying the level and sections options in the YAML front matter.
• Each stamp section has its own link and appears in the table of contents.

Bug fixes

• stamp: true and stamp: false turn the stamp on and off, and level: default shows the minimal stamp.
• level: full shows the output format and project directory, and the extensions section works for documents in project subfolders and on Windows.
• stamp renders quietly, and placement: custom finds its placeholder anywhere in the document.
